Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We use Pirate Ship to secure the lowest possible shipping rates for our customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery speed at checkout.

Available shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Most economical option

  • Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): Faster delivery with tracking

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Expedited delivery for urgent orders

Packaging & Protection

At Chaser Planet, we understand the value of your collectibles. Every item is carefully packaged with collector-grade protection:

  • Trading Cards: Protected in toploaders, team bags, and bubble mailers

  • Funko POP! Figures: Wrapped in protective materials with extra cushioning

  • Graded Cards: Double-boxed with additional padding for maximum protection

  • Multiple Items: Individually wrapped and secured in appropriately sized boxes

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery

Most packages are delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping method selected. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Please note: Chaser Planet is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the address provided. We recommend:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package

  • Using a secure delivery location

  • Adding delivery instructions if needed

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
